If your property is in a Development Permit Area or near a watercourse you may need to apply for a Development Permit to complete your renovations, depending on the complexity of the project.
Please refer to the Port Coquitlam Official Community Plan to see if your property is in a Development Permit Area. You can also use PoCoMAP for zoning, OCP designation and other property information, including watercourse information.
