RFP 2014-13 - HYDE CREEK AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT

 
The City of Port Coquitlam invites proposals for the removal and disposal of the existing air handling units, and supply and installation of new air handling units at Hyde Creek Recreation Centre per the attached document.  The document may be downloaded here.

All submissions must be received prior to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2014.  

Please note that per Page 10, Part C, 2.1, there is a mandatory site meeting scheduled for Monday, April 7 at 1:00 PM at Hyde Creek, 1379 Laurier Avenue, Port Coquitlam.

RFP 2014-15 - CITY HALL LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS
    
The City of Port Coquitlam requests proposals for the supply and installation of fixtures and lamps at City Hall, located at 2580 Shaughnessy St, Port Coquitlam, as described in the document.  The document may be downloaded here.

Please note that per Page 11, Part C, 2.1, there is a site meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 10:30 AM.

2013 HIRED EQUIPMENT
The City of Port Coquitlam invites submissions from interested parties for inclusion on the annual Hired Equipment List. The document is available for download here.

The document contains two separate components:
It is imperative that all parts of Appendix A be filled out completely with all signatures and dates in place in order for us to place you on our list. Incomplete submissions can not be included. This includes certificates of insurance and either copies of ICBC coverage or completed form APV47.

Please note that the City will not accept Certificates of Insurance on brokers' forms. The attached City of Port Coquitlam Certificate of Insurance must be completed and submitted in order to be included.

For inclusion on the 2013/2014 list that covers the period July 1/13 through to June 30/14, submissions must be received by 2:00 PM on Friday, June 21, 2013. While the City will accept submissions throughout the year, late ones will not receive priority.

This does not guarantee work with the City of Port Coquitlam. Your information will be kept on file.

If and when your equipment is needed, a representative of the City will call. Also, please note that additional fuel reporting requirements required. A fuel reporting form is attached.

ADDENDA
Proponents are required to check the City’s website for any updated information and addenda before the closing date and time.

Any addenda will form part of the RFP documents for the associated RFP and shall be read in conjunction therewith. Any addenda will take precedence over requirements of the original RFP and any addenda issued previously.
