PRO 2014-05 - AMBLESIDE SANITARY PUMPSTATION UPGRADES
The City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for upgrades to the existing Ambleside Pump Station located at 3940 Ambleside Close, Port Coquitlam. The works consist approximately of:
- Site grading, paving and Allan block wall
- Replacement of sanitary pumps, station internal piping and appurtenances
- Forcemain tie-in and by-pass manhole
- Cast-in-place concrete pump station cover and hatches.
- New electrical kiosk, distribution equipment, control panel and SCADA pole.
All submissions must be received no later than 2:00pm local time, Thursday, September 11, 2014.

2014 HIRED EQUIPMENT
The City of Port Coquitlam invites submissions from interested parties for inclusion on the annual Hired Equipment List. The document is available for download here.
The document contains three separate components:
- The first part is the 2014 Equipment Tender price sheet, which lists any types of equipment with operators you may be able to provide to the City on an as-needed basis and your corresponding charge-out rate for each piece of equipment with operator.
- The second part, Appendix A, contains the insurance, safety and Worksafe BC requirements.
- The third is Fuel Reporting Requirements.
Please note that the City will not accept Certificates of Insurance on brokers' forms. The attached City of Port Coquitlam Certificate of Insurance must be completed and submitted in order to be included.
For inclusion on the 2014/2015 list that covers the period July 1/14 through to June 30/15, submissions must be received by 2:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2014. While the City will accept submissions throughout the year, late ones will not receive priority.
This does not guarantee work with the City of Port Coquitlam. Your information will be kept on file.
If and when your equipment is needed, a representative of the City will call. Also, please note that additional fuel reporting requirements required. A fuel reporting form is attached.
Proponents are required to check the City’s website for any updated information and addenda before the closing date and time.
Any addenda will form part of the RFP documents for the associated RFP and shall be read in conjunction therewith. Any addenda will take precedence over requirements of the original RFP and any addenda issued previously.
