What is PoCo doing about idling?
The City of Port Coquitlam has enacted an Anti-Idling Policy in an effort to reduce air emissions. The intent of this policy is to address emissions related to voluntary idling of city-owned or leased vehicles and motorized equipment. Exhaust from idling vehicles can accumulate and pose health risks to the City's workers and residents as well as waste fuel and valuable financial resources.Download the full Anti-Idling Policy.
