In January 1997, Port Coquitlam Fire & Emergency Services implemented a new Computer Aided Dispatch Service to provide emergency personnel with more detailed property information such as hydrant location, cross streets and special notes about specific locations. This personalized system allows citizens to submit medical information or cautionary notes about their property or home. We input your information so fire fighters can access it quickly should an emergency occur.

Computer Aided Dispatch Citizen Information
Every year we enclose a new residential dispatch citizen information sheet with your water and sewer bill.  We request that residents requiring special assistance in the event of an emergency evacution, complete the form annually and return it to Fire & Emergency Services for input into the computer aided dispatch system.

Note
The Citizen Dispatch Information form must be submitted yearly. Every April, we automatically delete  the existing information.  This ensures that our information remains accurate and does not become obsolete as a result of people moving or situations changing.
