Prior to every Council and Standing Committee meeting, the Corporate Office makes the full agenda package available at the main reception desk in City Hall. The Council Agenda is also available on our website by Friday afternoon prior to the Monday Council meeting and Council Minutes are also posted on our website once adopted and can be searched using key words or dates.
Port Coquitlam City Council believes in open and accessible government. Residents are invited to attend Council Meetings, Public Hearings and other public input sessions. A question period follows each meeting. As well, individuals and organizations are able to make a presentation and appear as a delegation at a Council meeting.
