The above schedule is subject to revision and the City reserves the right under the Community Charter  to schedule additional meetings as necessary. To confirm meeting dates contact the Corporate Office or view our Community Calendar.

All Regular Council meetings start at 7:00 pm and are held in the Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall at 2580 Shaughnessy Street. Click here for map and directions to Port Coquitlam City Hall. Click here for a Virtual Tour of the Council Chambers.

Regular Monday night Council meetings are broadcast on Shaw Community Channel 4 at 9:00 pm on the same day as the meeting and repeated at 11:00 am on the Saturday following the meeting. (Special meetings, as well as those held on Tuesday evenings, are not televised.)
