Once Upon A Time in Port Coquitlam – A Book of Memories
The Port Coquitlam Heritage and Cultural Society is looking forward to the year 2013 when the City of Port Coquitlam will be celebrating its 100th birthday. We would like to create a Book of Memories from as many residents of Port Coquitlam as we can. Whether you are young or old, lived here a short time of forever.

How can you help? E-mail your story to us at pocoheritage@portcoquitlam.ca

It can be as small as a sentence or a paragraph or a page. A picture of you or of Port Coquitlam to go along with your memory would be wonderful. Lots of photos needed.
  • Family history, parents, relatives etc. When?
  • What area did (do) you live? When? How has the area changed over the years?
  • Early memories of schools, teachers, activities, etc.
  • Do you have a special memory of being proud to live and be a part of Port Coquitlam?
Help us tell Port Coquitlam's story, not a history book, but a "Book of Memories".  Your memories.

Due to volume some stories may be edited for length or (not included), but all stories submitted will be preserved at the Community Archives.

Thank you for your support
