Birthday and Anniversay Greetings

The Mayor gladly provides greetings to Port Coquitlam residents celebrating birthdays of 75 years and up, as well as to Port Coquitlam couples celebrating anniversaries, starting at the 40th. Greetings are issued in five year increments, e.g 75, 80, 85 or 40, 45, 50.

Please give us as much notice possible and include the following information:

Name of celebrant(s), including title (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr. etc.)
Address of celebrant(s)
Name and address of who and where to send greetings (if different from above)
Date of birthday/anniversary
Celebration date (if different from above)
Name and phone number and/or email address of person requesting greetings

To receive a greeting from other government agencies, you must fill out a Congratulatory Message Request form and return it to the Protocol and Events Branch of the Provincial Government. The form is available electronically:
