Birthday and Anniversary Greetings

Upon request, the Mayor will provide greetings to Port Coquitlam residents:

celebrating birthdays of 75 years and up (in five-year increments, e.g. 80, 85)
celebrating wedding anniversaries of 40 years and up (in five-year increments, e.g. 45, 50)

Provide as much notice as possible and include the following information:

Name of celebrant(s), including title (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr. etc.)
Address of celebrant(s)
Name and address of who and where to send greetings (if different from above)
Date of birthday/anniversary
Celebration date (if different from above)
Name and phone number and/or email address of person requesting greetings
