Disputing Your Ticket

To dispute a Bylaw Enforcement Notice, please complete the following form.

A Screening Officer will contact you by phone, email or mail to notify you of the outcome of the dispute or ask for additional information. Disputes must be received within 30 days of the issued ticket date in order to be accepted. Please include all relevant information with the request including any documentation or photographs.
