How do you prefer to learn about the City’s arts, culture and recreation programs? Do you use the City’s Leisure Guide? How can the Leisure Guide be improved?

Local residents are being asked to answer these questions and others by completing the City’s online survey by June 30 at www.portcoquitlam.ca/survey. All who complete the survey can enter to win one of two $50 gift cards for use at any of the City’s recreation facilities.

The survey, which takes about five minutes to complete, is one of several ways the City is gathering input in the development of a new marketing plan for the City’s Recreation Department. The marketing plan will be developed in time for the opening of the City’s new Community Recreation Complex and aims to:

• Create a consistent and effective brand and promotional materials for the City’s recreation, arts and culture programs.
• Increase awareness and participation in all programs, activities, events and services.
• Maintain current customer base and attract new customers.
• Enhance partnerships and sponsorships opportunities.

The survey results are confidential and anonymous. The deadline to take the survey is June 30.
