Scenic Photos Sought for 2023 Community Calendar
Shutterbugs who have taken striking photos of Port Coquitlam’s natural beauty are invited to submit them for the City’s 2023 calendar and the hydro utility boxes program by Oct. 12 (extended deadline).
The City is looking for photos of Port Coquitlam scenes and landscapes from all four seasons that showcase the natural beauty of the community (e.g. flowers, wildlife and landscapes). Images that show the photo was taken in Port Coquitlam are preferred to close-ups.
Submit your high-resolution images of Port Coquitlam landscapes, flowers and wildlife by Oct. 12 to portcoquitlam.ca/photos for a chance to see them featured in the 2023 community calendar, wrapped on hydro utility boxes and other City publications.
Entitled Naturally PoCo, the City’s 2023 calendar will include the waste collection schedule, City information and space for users to write in their personal schedules. All submitted photos will be placed on at the end of this year in the online gallery on the website.
Photo credits will be applied to all submitted photos used in the calendar, and whenever possible in other City publications.
To be considered for the calendar and banners, photos must meet the following criteria:
