Sign Up for a Heat Pump Webinar and CleanBC Better Homes Rebate
COQUITLAM, BC, June 2, 2022 – Due to overwhelming success of the spring session, the Cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody are collaborating for another informative, free webinar on June 23, at 7 p.m. for residents considering a heat pump.
Group Rebate
The municipalities have also joined with CleanBC to offer a heat pump group purchase rebate of up to $500 for homeowners switching from oil, natural gas, or propane heating system to an eligible air source heat pump. The more homes that register and apply as a group using the same group code, the higher the rebate for each participant.
Reduce your environmental footprint and save money at the same time by switching from a fossil fuel (oil, natural gas, or propane) home heating system to an electric air-source heat pump and access:
- $6,000 if you replace/remove or decommission your fossil fuel primary heating system
- $500 for electrical panel upgrade (if required)
Use the CleanBC Rebate Search Tool at betterhomes.bc.ca to find all the rebates that apply to you.
Free Webinar
The Tri-Cities invites you to learn more about the CleanBC Better Homes Heat Pump Rebate Program – learn about how a heat pump works, its benefits, available rebates and more!
Join us online: Thursday, June 23, at 7 p.m.
