FAQ & Registration Information for Parents
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to register children in the correct level of our swim program. Instructors assess all students on the first day of lessons to ensure they have been placed in the correct level. Children registered in incorrect levels will be withdrawn and re-registered in the appropriate level space permitting.
Not sure which level to register in?
If you’re unsure which level your child should be registered in or it has been over a year since their last session, drop by for a FREE evaluation, included in your drop-in admission. One of our qualified instructors will assess your child and recommend the appropriate level. Please note there may be a wait during busier times.
Not progressing?
If your child has been in the same level for three lesson sets, within a six-month period, and has not progressed to the next level, we will provide the child with one free private lesson.
Cancelled Classes
Lessons with low registration may be cancelled 48 hours before the start of the set. We will attempt to find space in the next available class or we will issue a full refund. Lessons cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified and a refund will be issued at the discretion of the aquatic supervisor.
Maximum Number of Registrations
Participants can only be registered for one swimming lesson set at a time. If the participant is currently enrolled in lessons, you must wait until the last class to register for the next set. Your child will be withdrawn if registered in more than one lesson per lesson set.
Waitlists
If the class you want is full, get on the waitlist! Participants on the waitlist will be notified when space becomes available.
Combined Classes
Combined classes are being offered in an effort to provide a greater variety of class time options to families.
