Showcase your business at the May Day Festival!
This is your opportunity to showcase your business and be part of this year’s Biz Alley Market! Join us on Saturday May 12, 2018 for the City of Port Coquitlam’s May Day Biz Alley Market located within the Party in the Square event, as part of the May Day Celebrations. The day kicks off with the May Day Rotary Parade, which draws between 5,000 – 7,000 participants to the downtown Port Coquitlam area. After the parade, Leigh Square will be filled with food trucks, artisan market vendors, local PoCo businesses, an outdoor concert, and fun kids activities.

Location: Leigh Square, 2253 Leigh Square, Port Coquitlam – Next to City Hall, outdoors in the square
Dates: Saturday May 12, 2018 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Set-up: Saturday May 12, 2018 from 8:30 – 10:30am
Available Spaces & Costs:
- Home Based Business: $75 + GST
A home based business is a business that does not have a store front, and operates out of a person’s home.
- Commercial Business: $100 + GST
A commercial business is a business with a store front, office space, or mobile office.

To participate in the Biz Alley Market a current business licence must be included with your application.
Please be sure to complete the entire application below. Incomplete applications will not be considered by the jury. Please email us at email@example.com if you have questions regarding the suitability of your products.
Jury (Applicants): Please be sure to provide as much information on your application as possible, only the products listed on the application that are approved can be sold. The provided information will be used in the jury process. Applications will be juried based on originality, design, workmanship, saleability and balance. Potential vendors must also email 1 or 2 images of their products and 1 image of their display.
Cancellations: Prior to April 15, 2018 participants will receive 50% of the stall space. There are no refunds after April 30, 2018.
Prepared Foods: Vendors wishing to sell prepared food products must follow the appropriate guidelines as specified by the Fraser Health Authority and have Food Safe Level 1 certification.
Insurance: It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure they have proper coverage. Insurance should cover transportation, breakage, accidents at the fair, etc.
Requests: Please be specific in your requests. We cannot make any changes on the day of the event.
All applicants will be notified when their application is reviewed. It is not necessary to send in any documentation until your application has been approved. A confirmation letter and invoice will follow at that time.
