Book your next private event with us! We offer affordable rental opportunities at all of our facilities in Port Coquitlam. We have spaces to accommodate everything from small meetings to extravagant parties, and these rooms can be set up in a variety of configurations to suit your needs. In addition to meeting rooms and banquet halls, our ice and dry floor rinks, gyms, picnic shelters, tennis courts, lacrosse boxes, sports fields and aquatic facilities are also available for private rentals.
To book or inquire about a facility or field rental, simply fill out our online facility rental application form below. A booking representative will review the requests on a first come, first served basis and get back to you during regular office hours, Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Over the phone availability requests are not accepted.

Please note: Aquatic Leaders are required for pool bookings. Required number of aquatic leaders varies depending on attendance levels for the booking — refer to the rental fees for specific requirements.

Park shelter reservations can be made at four of our beautiful parks — Settlers Park, Lions Park, Peace Park, and Castle Park. Parks provide comfortable spaces to host birthday parties, family get-togethers, office parties and other outdoor fun. Visitors and residents can view the availability of each park shelter, specific details such as parking, waste disposal, restrooms and more online. Once a park shelter has been selected, pay online and instantly receive a permit once payment is complete!
Our Shaughnessy Pop-Up Park stage can also be reserved for events that benefit the community such as live music concerts. We encourage community groups and organizations interested to book the space for performances and events! Please note: The activities must add to the public’s enjoyment of the space, and cannot be a marketing, sales or fundraising event.
