The City of Port Coquitlam encourages residents to take advantage of MyPortCoquitlam, an online portal designed to streamline access to and management of essential City services. This platform offers a centralized, user-friendly experience, available around the clock for managing property taxes, utility bills, dog licenses, and business licenses. By transitioning to online services, residents can contribute to a more sustainable community and enjoy the convenience of paperless transactions.

MyPortCoquitlam allows residents to view current and past bills, access detailed account history, and manage their utility, tax, dog license, and business license accounts. Users have the option to receive tax and utility bills electronically or if preferred, a paper copy by mail. Electronic bills are available for immediate viewing upon release. The portal also provides a direct link to the Homeowner Grant application, simplifying the process for eligible residents during property tax season.

Through MyPortCoquitlam, individuals can perform detailed inquiries on property taxes, utilities, dog licenses, and business licenses, and review current and past bills. Furthermore, residents can pay parking or bylaw tickets, renew business or dog licenses, schedule building or plumbing inspections, and use eApply to apply for plumbing or fire sprinkler permits online.

MyPortCoquitlam complements the City’s existing online services, which include online renewal of dog and business licenses, and financial institution bill payments.
