2025-2026 Capital Program

The annual City budget funds a variety of capital improvements, including investments in flood protection as well as renewal of core infrastructure. The 2025-2026 Capital Plan dedicates approximately $14.4 million in 2025 and $11.5 million in 2026 to flood protection, including upgrades of pump stations, improved drainage and culverts in flood-prone areas.

The overall focus of the capital program continues to be getting the basics right, with investments in the core municipal services that residents and businesses rely on.
