Utility Bills

We collect utility fees each year to pay for water and sewer services. These are flat annual fees based on the services provided to the property.

Multi-family homes have lower water and sewer rates due to lower usage, and only pay solid waste fees if they have opted in to City waste collection services.

Water and sewer utility bills are mailed out each year by end of February. Solid waste fees are included in the annual property tax bill.

Property owners are responsible for making the payment by the due date regardless of whether or not they received a bill, problems with postal service, inclement weather or other circumstances.
