A booking representative will review the requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your request will be responded to during regular office hours (Monday – Friday from 9am – 4pm).
Please note: This application form is for individuals and organizations looking to host a private event. If you are interested in hosting a public event for the community, please complete our Host An Event Form.
Insurance may be required for your rental. Please do not purchase insurance until you receive confirmation that it is required for your rental. If your booking does require insurance, insurance can be purchased through your own provider or MIABC. Purchase insurance through an online portal.
