Business Licence Renewals

Business licence renewals are due Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Due to the Canada Post strike action, businesses will experience delays receiving their invoices in the mail.

Payments received by the City after Wednesday, January 15, 2025 are considered late and subject to penalty. Businesses are encouraged to use alternative methods to make payments on time such as:

•    Make a payment online through MyPortCoquitlam 
•    Online or telephone banking
•    In-person at your financial institution 
•    In-person at City Hall Annex, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
•    Drop a cheque in the secure dropbox at the front entrance of City Hall
