A lifelong Tri-Cities resident, Paige Petriw is proud to call Port Coquitlam home with her family, including her two young boys, River and Sterling, and their golden retriever, Marty. She’s an entrepreneur and the owner of a PoCo-based event planning and marketing company, with which she’s earned several awards and national recognition for her work.
Paige served on the Port Coquitlam Mayor's Citizen Advisory Roundtable from 2018-2022 prior to being elected to City Council in 2022. Additionally, through her role planning and sponsoring community events, she has sat on a long list of committees with a variety of local not-for-profit organizations, including the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, Share Family & Community Services Society, and the Port Coquitlam Professional Firefighters Charitable Society, to name a few.
Passionate about supporting small businesses, Paige works as a volunteer small business mentor with Futurepreneur Canada. In 2022, she also co-founded the BC Wedding & Event Industry Association and helped to establish the BCWEIA working committee in an effort to provide support to businesses in the industry, as well as help facilitate industry-government relations.
Paige is a recipient of the Tri-Cities Chamber Young Professionals 2018 Top to Watch Award, and a 2019 Finalist in the category of Young Professional of the Year at the annual Tri-Cities Chamber Business Excellence Awards.
With a vibrant creative side, Paige is a published writer and author, a photographer, video producer, and graphic designer. She's also a keen advocate for neurodiversity, accessibility and inclusion. Other areas of passion for Paige include female leadership and women in business; women's health issues; mental health acceptance and treatment.
