The City of Port Coquitlam manages its real property assets to optimize their use and maximize value to the community. This includes acquiring and disposing of real estate and real estate interests as appropriate. Acquisitions support core City operations including infrastructure projects like road and utility improvements, park expansion initiatives, and the provision of community services. Port Coquitlam Council currently directs that land sale proceeds are reinvested back into the community, with a portion of each sale set aside for future strategic purchases.
Please check this webpage periodically to view properties available for purchase or lease.
City Properties for Sale or Lease
The City of Port Coquitlam owns several properties, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial lots that are periodically offered for sale or for lease. As required by the Community Charter, public notice of proposed dispositions is provided here in addition to acquisition and leasing opportunities to the public.
