Our recruitment process typically takes 4-6 weeks (timeframes may vary depending on the position) and may include up to five stages:

Applications are reviewed based on the qualifications listed in the job posting. Only applicants who meet these qualifications are eligible for further consideration. Meeting the qualifications, however, does not guarantee an interview, as applicants are considered competitively.

Having a criminal record does not automatically exclude you from employment. We review Criminal Record Search information confidentially, considering the nature and timing of the offense and its relevance to the position. Candidate honesty is essential; any withholding of information may result in forfeiting employment consideration.

Because of the high volume of applications, we can only notify short-listed candidates. If you haven’t been contacted within 4-6 weeks, you can assume the position has been filled.
