Secure Your Spot At The Winter Artisan Market By Oct. 1

News

Local artisans are invited to register for the Winter Artisan Market taking place Saturday, November 29, 2025, in the gymnasium of the Port Coquitlam Community Centre (PCCC).

As part of Winter in the City – Christmas in the Square, this popular event offers an opportunity for local vendors to showcase their products to hundreds of attendees while encouraging the community to shop local.

The market runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will feature live entertainment, free family activities, interactive displays, giveaways, a beverage garden and more. Admission is free for the public.

The City is seeking vendors offering high-quality, locally made products. Priority will be given to Port Coquitlam businesses, with additional spaces allocated to artisans from neighbouring communities as capacity allows. Vendors selling prepared food must follow Fraser Health guidelines, and all participants must carry a minimum $2 million Commercial General Liability Insurance policy.

Vendor selection will be based on:

  • Quality, originality, and artistic merit of products
  • Price and overall booth presentation
  • Environmental sustainability

Vendor fees:

  • $50 for Port Coquitlam businesses and non-profits
  • $100 for non-Port Coquitlam businesses

Successful applicants will be promoted on the City’s website and through online advertising. Early registration is encouraged to secure a spot by October 1. Confirmed vendors will receive details in early November.
