Criteria for Posting Events This online calendar offers registered charities and not-for-profit organizations to promote upcoming special events and festivals in Port Coquitlam. Please review the criteria before submitting:Events must take place in Port Coquitlam. They must be hosted by a registered charity or not-for-profit organization and be open to the public without requiring membership. The primary purpose of the event must be for entertainment and not for selling products or services. Sporting events are eligible only if they are at the provincial, national, or international championship level. Events that promote religious groups, political parties, or candidates, or that are deemed political, discriminatory, or illegal, will not be permitted.Submission Guidelines Submit at least 10 business days but no more than 2 months before the event. All submissions are subject to review and approval. The City of Port Coquitlam reserves the right to feature events that may not meet the above criteria if they showcase a unique or distinctive aspect of the community.Ready to share your event?
