Keeping our City Beautiful
Port Coquitlam’s parks crews are proud of the work they do to ensure that our City is beautiful and clean. In addition to City beautification, trees, plants and parks help to increase property values and instill community pride. Well groomed neighbourhoods tend to attract business and families while discouraging vandalism and crime.
Did you know that each year the City’s parks crews beautify our City with over:
- 165,000 new plants
- 108 hanging baskets
- 65 new trees
