The Port Coquitlam Farmer's Market is back for its 17th season on Thursday June 6 at the Terry Fox Hometown Square on Kelly Avenue at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre (PCCC).
The popular outdoor market will open Thursdays from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. offering a variety of locally grown and produced vegetables, fruit and baking, along with artisan-made goods straight from the farm and workshop to your shopping bag. The Market runs from June 6- September 26.
Join Mayor Brad West and Council at 4:00 p.m. on Thurs. June 6 for the Opening Day celebration with cupcakes and entertainment.
The Port Coquitlam Farmers Market is a weekly, fun-filled event providing direct contact with local farmers and food producers. Enjoy exciting monthly themes, events and live entertainment for the whole family.
Underground parking is available for customers at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre.
The Port Coquitlam Farmers' Market will continue to operate every Thursday until Sept. 26, in the Terry Fox Hometown Square, and has more than 30 vendors who sell a wide range of local products, including produce, meats, baked goods and crafts. Many popular vendors are returning this year!
The City encourages local shoppers to visit the local businesses in the downtown core which has a variety of options for shops.

Grow your Career, Shape Our City - City booth will be at the Farmers Market on June 6 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Job seekers are encouraged to attend the City booth to learn more about the benefits of joining the City, ask questions of staff and speak to hiring managers about careers at the City that may be of interest to them. Applications for positions will not be accepted at the farmers market, as applicants must apply online at portcoquitlam.ca/jobs. City departments that will be in attendance include:
- Public Works - 3:00-5:00 p.m.
- Recreation - 5:00-7:00p.m.
- Human Resources - 3:00-7:00 p.m
Students looking for work are encouraged to attend, as many seasonal and summer job opportunities will be available this year.
