After some cold and dry weather, temperatures are going up and rain is on the way. Environment Canada has issued a Yellow Warning - Rainfall affecting Port Coquitlam. A Highstream Flow Advisory is also in effect due to expected heavy rainfall rates and rain-on-snow melt runoff throughout the coastal region.
Rain is expected to become heavy this evening, with 40 to 60 mm expected by Thursday morning. Rain should ease Thursday morning, then intensify again Thursday evening with an additional 40 to 60 mm expected by Friday afternoon.
