Notice
Filming for Yellowjackets, a Paramount+ series, will be taking place in downtown Port Coquitlam next week from Monday to Thursday. Take note of the following impacts:
- Freshmart will be closed from 6pm Monday, March 16 until Thursday, March 19 at 7pm. The majority of parking will remain open for other businesses within the commercial complex.
- The paved public lot at the southeast corner of Kingsway Avenue and Shaughnessy Street (2282 Shaughnessy St) will be closed from 4pm Monday, March 16 to Thursday, March 19 at 7pm. Public parking will remain available at the large gravel lot at 2276 Kingsway Ave next door.
- Some street parking along Whyte Ave, adjacent to Freshmart, will be unavailable at varying times throughout filming.
- The SD43 lot at Riverside Secondary will be closed from Tuesday, March 17 at 9am until Thursday, March 19 at 4pm.
Fire lanes and emergency access will remain open to all areas. We appreciate your patience.
