Port Coquitlam property owners will be receiving their 2026 utility bill this week and payment is due March 31.
The utility bill covers essential water and sewer services. These are flat annual fees based on the services provided to each property. Property owners who have not received their bills by mid-March should contact the Tax Office.
A 5% penalty will be added to unpaid charges after March 31. An additional 5% penalty will be applied after June 1. Avoid these extra charges by paying on time.
