Notice
The recent heavy storm event has caused heavy flows in our sewer systems throughout various parts of the City. Pumps have been being operated at:
- Burleigh Avenue / Chine Avenue
- Wilson Ave/Reeve St
In order to prevent sewer backups, crews have been operating around the clock since Tuesday and will continue through this evening to reduce the amount of vacuum‑truck activity. There may be some noise in these areas until the risk has been mitigated.
