Winter Weather Update for February 17

Notice

We're expecting some rain (possibly mixed with snow) and freezing temperatures overnight. We're monitoring conditions and ready to respond:

  • Streets: Starting at midnight, two tandem‑axle trucks and one one‑tonne truck will be patrolling the roads, prepared to respond to any snow or ice concerns.

  • Parks: Starting at 3am, staff will be focusing on sidewalks and walkways in high‑traffic pedestrian areas.
