Port Coquitlam residents are invited to show off their gardens and help celebrate the colourful outdoor spaces that make the community bloom.
The City is launching its annual PoCo in Bloom photo contest, giving residents the opportunity to share a photo of their garden for a chance to win one of three hanging baskets, similar to the seasonal baskets the City installs throughout the community.
Residents can enter by submitting a photo of their garden by May 29. Whether it is a front yard, backyard, balcony planter, vegetable garden or floral display, the contest is a way to recognize the time, care and creativity residents put into beautifying their homes and neighbourhoods.
How to Enter
From now until May 29, Port Coquitlam residents can submit a photo of their PoCo in Bloom garden in one of the following ways:
Instagram: Post a photo using the hashtag #pocoinbloom and tag @cityofpoco.
Facebook: Upload a photo in the comments section of any City post related to the #pocoinbloom photo contest.
Online: Visit portcoquitlam.ca/pocoinbloom to submit your photo directly.
By participating, residents can help showcase the vibrant gardens, green spaces and community pride that contribute to Port Coquitlam’s charm.
