Port Coquitlam dog owners have until Feb. 2 to get a $15 discount on their dog’s 2026 licence.
Dog licences are required for all dogs age six months of age and older in Port Coquitlam. Licence fees help support important services such as sheltering and adoption of stray animals, as well as bylaw enforcement related to dogs at large, dog bites, excessive barking, aggressive behaviour, and dog waste in public spaces.
Until the end of day on Feb. 2, 2026, dog licences cost $32 for dogs spayed or neutered dogs or $80 for unspayed or unneutered dogs.
