Birthday Parties

Parties include use of the facility for 2 hours and a Recreation Attendant to assist with the party. The attendant can lead games or activities, and will complete the party room set-up and clean-up. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing food, cake, and any additional items you will need.

Any cancellations/transfers must be made 7 days prior to the party to receive a refund minus the Admin Fee ($5). Any other changes/requests must be made 5 days before your party.

Due to facility bookings such as previously booked parties, special events, tournaments and holidays; some dates are not available.

Parents / guardians may enter the room 15 minutes prior to the start of the party for set-up. After the party, you will have fifteen minutes to empty the room of all belongings so staff can clean and prepare the room for the next booking.

Swimming parties include admissions for two adults and up to 16 children. Swimming parties are only intended for children 7 years and up. If there are any children under 7 swimming they must have an adult in the water and within arm’s reach of them at all times. Any additional adult swimming admissions must be paid for by the party.

Please note the Party Leader will not be in the water due to safety procedures.

Our leaders can lead a variety of diverse and age appropriate games for each party. If the birthday child would like a certain game played, please let the leader know.

Yes, you may have a total of 16 children at your party including the birthday child.  Parties cater to the children, please be mindful of the limited space available for adults in the room; max. capacity of 24 people (no exceptions).

Yes, parents/guardians are responsible for providing all the food, cake , plates, napkins and cutlery/utensils. Rec Attendant will assist with clean-up of the room. Please note that staff are not responsible for the set-up, and removal of the food. Please notify Rec Attendant if you require a freezer/fridge for the cake only.

1st – Free play, as guests arrive, then games or activities based on party type
2nd – Food and cake celebration

Please note for a swim party, this activity is at the end of the party.
