Capital Projects

Through our capital planning process, Port Coquitlam invests each year in rehabilitating, maintaining, improving and constructing new infrastructure such as roads, utilities, parks and buildings.

No matter which part of our community you live in, you can expect to see improvements coming your way. Getting the basics right!

Major Projects

We continue to make critical capital improvements throughout Port Coquitlam while safeguarding taxpayers from rapidly changing market conditions. Some projects may be delayed or adjusted to reduce the impact of the highly competitive construction market and supply chain issues, and to take advantage of additional provincial or federal grant opportunities.
