- If the ticket is upheld, the disputant may pay the discounted amount or request that it be moved forward to an Adjudication Hearing.
Adjudication Hearing
- Adjudicators are appointed by the Province and will determine if a violation has occurred or not.
- Adjudications are held approximately 2 or 3 times a year depending on dispute volumes. Disputants may dispute by attending in person, via phone conference, or submit their disputes in writing.
