Bylaw Infractions and Complaints 
Animal control, noise, parking and other bylaw complaints can be reported on the form below. Bylaw Enforcement/Community Safety Officers and Bylaw Enforcement/Animal Control Officers are on duty:

• Mon-Sat 7:30 am-10:00 pm
• Sun 8:30 am-10:00 pm

Please Note: Submissions to this form are only monitored from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) with the exception of Bylaw complaints (see hours above).
